The In & Out Way
The short, plain version.
When you book, message us or make an account, we keep your name, phone, email (if you give it), the address where your car is, your car details, and any notes or messages you send.
We use it only to book, confirm and do your detail, send you updates about your booking, and answer your messages. Only the owner of In & Out Detailing sees it. We never sell it or share it for ads.
A few trusted services help run the site: Supabase stores bookings and accounts, Brevo sends our emails, and Stripe handles card payments. We never see or keep your card number.
Reviews you post are public, with the name you type. Want your info or account deleted? Email us and it's gone.
The price on the site is an estimate. The owner confirms the final price after seeing the car, and there are no surprise charges. You pay after the job. A 10% deposit, when offered, is optional and comes off your bill.
Need to move or cancel? Tap Change or cancel in the 💬 chat, or email us. If you cancel, any deposit you paid is refunded.
